Personal History
Hello my name is Curtis Biorn I am 10 years old and live in Ramsey MN.
Riding is very special and important to me. I am proud to be able to show people with dissabilities that you can do anything you want if you try your best. I lost my hearing in my right ear when I was five and have a hearing aid in that ear and also have asthma. So it is alittle harder for me then most kids but I love the sport and do my best.
I enjoy the outdoors and love spending my time with family up north fishing and hunting when I am not riding.
I have been riding now for 5 years. This will be my fifth year racing and I am moving up to the 85 class. So I am very excited.
I have one sister, she is ten years older then me and she works at most of the tracks flagging and out there helping us all out it is great.
My dad does all the work on my bikes and always has them ready to go. I am very proud of my dad because he knew nothing about bikes and now researches untill he finds out what he needs.
My mom make sure all my gear is ready to go and she just went back to school for EMT so she is always fixing everyone up. I love her for that everyone comes to our trailer any time anyone gets hurt.
Riding Goals
My goal for this year is to race hard and come in the top 5 of my class.
I would love to ride at pro nationals again this year and meet all the Pro's.
Hanging out with all my friends at the tracks and hope no one gets hurt this year.
Competitive Highlights
My Highlight was to qualify for regionals and make it to Byron. I raced the biggest and fastest races of my life. We started out with 120 bikes and I finished in 22nd place. It was so muddy but I had a blast. That is one memory I will never forget.
