Personal History

In simple terms I am a racer through and through. It runs in my family and in my blood! I work hard, I like to train, and I’m expecting big things out of myself. I want to pursue motocross as a career and I’m working hard to try to set myself up for success!

I started racing in 2001 when I was 7 years old. My father and his brothers were into it back in the 1980’s and they really got me hooked when they took me to local races. From ’01-’11 I raced CNYMRA District 3. Due to financial difficulties, I was unable to race a lot from 2005-2009. With working full-time after school I was able to race quite a bit in the B class and ended up 4th in District 3 in 122-250B and 3rd in the 125 two stroke class. I realized there was a chance I could do more in the sport and saved up all winter to try to hit every race. I came into 2011 with a winning attitude and did just that. I was the top B rider for District 3 in 2011 by running away with the points series in the 122-250B class. 2012 was a learning year as mechanical difficulties and lack of money set me back to a limited racing and riding schedule. Now, with things back on track I expect to come out swinging in 2013!

Riding Goals

My short term goal is to become prepared for the 2013 season. I want to race some Canadian outdoor pro nationals as well as some U.S. Amateur nationals. I am hoping by the end of 2013 I will be able to get my pro license for the United States so I can race in the AMA Supercross and Motocross series.
