Personal History
Hi my name is Cooper McCarroll and I am 7 years old (8 in August).
I am seeking sponsors for the 2024 race season to assist me in achieving my goals.
I started riding motorbikes when I was I was 3 years old. I started racing in the 50cc non-competitive demo class in 2022 and this year I qualified to move up to the 50cc competitive auto class. I race at 3x QLD clubs (Kilcoy, Toowoomba & Gold Coast) which are usually each once a month and in January I also raced in my first national stadium motocross event at Coffs Harbour.
I love racing motocross as it allows me to use my body and mind. I love it when I achieve my goals and I am grateful to have met some great friends through the sport
Riding Goals
My goals for 2024 are:
- place in the top 5 for a club event. I am racing against some 9 year olds who have raced in the class for a couple of years.
- Race in my first 60cc class event by August
- Continue to work on and improve my technique
To achieve these goals I have been training 3 times a week. I have a coach who helps me to work on my technique and be the best rider I can be.
Competitive Highlights
So far in the 2024 season my lap times have improved with each race. I am growing stronger and stronger every week.
