Personal History
I am 16 years old and have 2 older sisters that don't live at home any more so I'm pretty much an only child except for my friends that are like brothers from another mother. My mom and dad use to ride dirt bikes too, so they got me my first mini bike when I was 5 years old.
Unfortunately when I was 6 years old I had a bad crash and broke my left femur. Once I got better, I got right back to riding. I soon moved up to a Honda 70, then a few years later, got a Kawasaki 85. That's when I was introduced to motocross. I loved it and started racing when I was 12. During practice one day, I had another bad crash and broke my right femur. Once again, got a rod put in my leg and had to wait again for that to heal and get the rod out before I could start racing again.
As soon as I could ride again I started back into racing and haven't broken any bones since. I've always finished off in the top 3 of my classes. When I was 14 I started racing on a Suzuki 250f and am now in the top 3 of my Intermediate class. Once the motocross season ended this year, I decided to give Arenacross a try but have to travel quite a ways to race but I just love it, and am doing better than I thought. I've podiumed in Youth at every race so far.
My mom helps out in motocross by organizing events and my dad is always there to maintain my bike, build and maintain tracks. He even just built me my own track at home.
During the off season, I love doing trail riding and hill climbs. In winter, I am usually skiing, snowboarding, snow mobiling with my dad, building snow parks in my yard, and hanging out with my 2 dogs Tess and Charlie and cat Keelila.
