Personal History

My name is Cole Lehman. I am a rider out of New Canaan Connecticut. I started riding at the start of 2024 at 15 years old, in the supermini class. I have now moved up to the 250 class and am competitive in c-class. I’m the first rider in my family and I got into bikes through my first job as a mechanic when I was 12. I have always been into cars and bikes, anything with an engine. I got into motorcross because it was the most accessible Motorsport around. I plan on competing throughout my whole life.

Riding Goals

I ride because it gives me a drive to do better and always push myself to become a better rider. And in this sport there is always more room to improve and push yourself. My plans for racing this year to be competing as much as possible to gain as much experience I can. I am racing in Costa Rica this year and want to use this year to learn and improve as much as I can so when I move back to the U.S. I can be more competitive than I ever was.

Competitive Highlights

Here in Costa Rica I'm competing in some of the events in the amateur series, Motocross Zona Norte. The first round was a mudder and the track was not great. I placed 10th in Novice A, and 15th in Novice B. I worked hard for a month and ended up placing 1st overall in Novice B going 1st in both heats with 10+ Second gaps in both. In a I went 8th overall in Novice A.
