Personal History

I didn't have the best upbringing but we definetly did the best with what we had. I was raised by my grandfather (David) and my Father would be around from time to time. David first got me into BMX and I probably did that for 10 years or better making it to the Expert Class by the time I was done. I started riding dirtbikes when I was 10 years old. My first bike was a Honda XR100R and I just went riding in the woods with my father. In the beginning, it was nothing more than that but at 18 years old I entered my first Hare Scramble and after 3-4 years of that and making my way up to A Class I started taking Motocross a bit more seriously. My grandfather to this day still comes to every single race with me so its a cool way for us to bond and stay close as we all know how hard life can be sometimes. I do work full time so i dont get to ride as much as I'd like to but it is my only passion. aside from riding/racing I am an outdoorsman. I love to hunt, fish, and just be outside when the weather allows. Luckly I do have a fantastic group of freinds around me who defintley do their best to keep me on the straight and narrow!

Riding Goals

Well it's probably a very cliche answer but it just so happens its also true. The feeling that you get when you are on a bike, fully in controll (most of the time) and the way all the other troubles of the world seem to disappear. That and the fact that it just so happens to be THE best sport in the world. My main goal every time I get to ride is just to improve. With the other forms of racing that I have done I was able to put in the work and become one of the best in my respected classes at my races in the area. Acomplishing that in motocross is no easy task as some of the guys in my classes are flat out hauling the mail. That doesn't discourage me though because I know what I am capable of because I've already proved to myself that i have done it before. It's a grind and I am no where near where I want/need to be at my age but I am looking forward to the journey!

Competitive Highlights

I would say my biggest accomplishment to date is winning both of my classes for the year at my local Hare Scramble Series (M.O.R.E) in the Sportsman Intermediate and B Class in the same year. over the course of about 12 different races over the summer I was able to win just about all of them. My dedication to my craft that season was unreal and I like to believe that I carry that same level of dedication over to Motocross.
