Personal History
My name is Colby Coker #795 i have been ridin motocross since I was 5 years old. I have been racing since i was 7. Over the past 9 years I have done very well. Some of my best accomplishments were as a youth rider, when I was number one in washington state. I finish in the top 10 in 95% of the races I enter and recently finished #4 overall in the Top Gun Team Shoot Out in both the 250 C and 450 C classes. My family is very actively involved in motorsports and owns two promotion companies that support arenacross, motocross and flat track racing. We have a new toy hauler trailer that we take during race weekends, as well as a 20-foot race trailer that we take for practice days. My dad also rides and races, in the 40+ Expert class. I am actively involved in bicycling, and play football and basketball on my high school basketball and football teams. I spend most of my free time working on my motorcycles, watching motocross and talking with my motocross friends.
Riding Goals
I would like to finish in the top 3 of the Clark County Arenacross series in November 2011 in the Intermediate class. I would then like to compete in the Pacific Racing Organization (PRO) race series and finish in the top 3. I would also like to qualify for Loretta Lynn and plan to do this by training with Jay Whipple.
Competitive Highlights
I began racing at age 7 and finished #1 in Washington State in both 50cc and 65cc classes. I moved on to compete in the 85/150cc classes and regularly finished in the top 4 of all races I entered. I took a few years off and began riding again in 2009, where I started competing on a 250cc motorcycle. I finished in the top 4 of all 250cc races I entered. I am now riding a 450cc motorcycle also and am finishing in the top 4 of all 450cc races I enter.
