Personal History
My name is Cody Collins, I'm 15 years old and I ride a 2014 Kx250f. This is my 4th season in motocross and I'm getting progressively better. I have been riding since I was 3 years old when I had my pw50. I started my first 2 motocross seasons on my 2009 and 2012 kx100s. I started my 3rd season on a 2012 kx250f and am now on my 2014 kx250f for my 4th season. I have my mom dad and granny to thank for a lot of my success. I am sponsored by Gateway Cycles in Mt. Sterling, Ky which have some amazing people that work there to give me this opportunity. At the start of my 2015 racing season my parents and I decided it was time to step up to 250B from 250C. So far it has made me a much more aggressive and determined rider! Keep up with my rider updates to see the latest success ive had! I am currently the points leader at Mason Motocross in Mason, WV going into Race 4/10.
Riding Goals
My dream is to one day run Supercross. I have worked so hard to get on the level I'm at now. I am currently riding 250B in our local tracks point series this season and I am 1st in points going into week 3. I am anxious to get through arenacross to get my pro card and debut in supercross very soon! Would absolutely love to get to the level where I can be fiven a demo bike so I can help my parents out with some of the burden with finances...
Competitive Highlights
I have over 30 first place finishes in my short 4 seasons of racing Motocross. I am currently preparing and training to compete on the national level. This is my second season on my 2015 Kawasaki Kx250f and its been superb! Currentlythe points leader with 67 points racing Iin 250B. Heading into race 4/10
