Personal History
My name is Cody, I've been riding for just over 2 years now. I started on a JR 50, but it was quickly not fast enough for me. I moved up to my KTM 50 Sr last year and have been getting faster. My parents taking me riding all the time, but I know that school has to the most important thing right now. I also enjoy playing soccer and baseball. If I could have it my way I would race everyday.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are to win the C-50 class in D-36, which I'm in the points hunt right now. I'm hoping to become a B-rider in the spring. My Dad has already told me that we will be doing the D-36 cross country series next year as well as running the AMA West Hare Scramble series. I will also be doing some local motorcross events.
Update, Well, I won the D-36 C-50 class. I won the last four races of the series. I advanced to the B-class and finished 3rd in my first two races.
Competitive Highlights
In my short racing career I have come a long way. My 1st race two years ago I finished 14th our 25. That was on the JR, since I 've been on my KTM, I've never finished out of the top 5. I'm still hoping to get my first win, but I know that it will be coming soon. I know that if I keep up the good finishes I will win the championship.
The Spring Season has been a good one, I won the C-50 class by winning 5 out of the 8 races in the series. I was moved up to the B-class and took 3rd in my first two races.
