Personal History
My name is Cody McPherson i live on a ranch in south dakota i am 17 years old, i have been riding since i was 8 years old and i have just recently got my parents to let me start racing, i love to ride and i do it every day.
Riding Goals
i have been racing the c class this season, and i am ready to move to the b class, so my goal is to move to b and get better and faster
Competitive Highlights
in my first race at rapid city arenacross i was taken out in the heat race, and got sent to the last chance qualifiers, in that race i got the hole shot and was battleing for first for the whole race with the guy behind me and they were only taking the top two to mains and i got taken out in a corner by him and got back in to second and got block passed in the last corner knocking me out of the mains. pretty interesting first race.
in bowman at my second race we had 25 kids in my class and we were all in the mains, not knowing everyone was qualifying for the mains, we battled it out in the qualifyers, i ran around fifth the whole race with some guy in front of me who was a pain to get around because he would run all the good lines just not very fast, so i in the end just had to take him out to get around him and he couldn't start his bike and ended up eleventh i think. in the mains he had a grudge against me so he was coming after me, luckily for me i got out way infront of him and he couldn't catch me i ended up eighth out of twenty five, not bad for my second time racing.
