Rider Updates

Last year Cobin was out for most of the year after suffering a broken femur in April of '21. He is healed, healthy and the rod was removed from his femur in December of '21. He has been training weekly with Gregg Albertson since January of this year and is excited to be back in the races soon! He is loving his FXR gear and Gaerne boots (but needs more soon!). He also would love an OGIO bag soon to keep his gear organized and clean! Thank you to our sponsors through all the injuries! Hoping to stay safe and healthy this year!

Cobin did fantastic in the year 2020! He stayed healthy and raced his first National races!
at the Loretta Lynn National race in August, he placed 20th in both the limited and moded classes on his Husqvarna TC65 bike. At the Ponca City moto playground National race he placed 7th on his Husqvarna TC65. And at the Oklahoma State championship series races he placed 1st in three classes and 3rd in one class. He also was named rider of the year for the small bikes! We are so proud of him!
He has recently signed on with the Maxeys Motorsports Yamaha Team for the year 2021 and will race a Yamaha YZ85 2021! He will race in the Oklahoma State championship series again and plans to race as many National races as possible! Biggest goal will be to do better than last year at the Loretta Lynn National race! He’s been working on his health and fitness and using his trainer Robbie Smith to hone in on his technical skills on the bike.

2019 was a rough year! From taking a break to heal from concussion to getting pneumonia and now currently healing from a broken elbow I haven’t been able to ride like I want too. Hopefully 2020 is better! I’ll be back on my bike soon and starting a new season of Texas racing and Oklahoma state championship series! Even in between having to take breaks whenever I get on my bike it’s like I never had the time off! I’m still able to get out front and do what I love! I’ve been doing exercises and endurance training in my off time to stay fit. Thank you to all of my sponsors for sticking with me during this last year. Hopefully I’ll stay healthy and accident free in the 2020 season!
