I have come up with  training program That is ment to get me in amazing shape fro this up and coming racing year. I work out 4 times a week and work my cardio 8. I do this by working my cardio twice a for evey day I  work out. Run in the mornings then ushually bike later in the day. Im done with getting thirds and seconds. This year Im going to make sure Im in the best shape out of everybody and have what it takes to not only win but potentinally move up to the pro class wich is what Im wanting to do by the half way mark.

after spending just this past weekend down in moab utah for the last race of the year I was able to put together a prerty good weeken of racing in my 250 class but didnt have the best of look in open. Out of my eight motos spred through the weekend I had earned three thirds three seconds and managed to fall twice in open ruining my overalls.  After 18 long races I was able to hang on to the points through the ups and downs of a motocross season and become the champion for both the 250 and open intermediat classes
