Personal History
Cooper is currently 10 years old and attends Tallassee Elementary school in Tallassee AL. Tallassee is the home of Monster Mountain MX where he trains with Monster Mountain Academy on a regular basis. He is definitely in the Top10 most every race and we have competed in the Sweet Home Alabama Series, Loretta Lynn’s Area Qualifier, TriStar MX Series and the AMA State Championship. He finished in 10th at the Area Qualifier in his first year.
In 2025 the goals are to race several ProAm Nationals. Our first race will be Kings Cup at Echeconnee MX. We will chase a shot at Loretta’s and also race Mini O’s this year.
Riding Goals
Cooper has goals to continue to push himself to compete at Loretta Lynn’s and Mini O’s. His goal is to race in both of those races next year along with other area races around the area. He currently rides a KTM 65 and a KTM 85. He races in the 10-11 age 65 class and the Open 65 class where he has won several races this year. He has also recently started racing in the 85 Jr. class and is starting to get comfortable on the bigger bike.
Competitive Highlights
Cooper competes with some of the best riders in the country. He is very competitive in the 10-11 65 class where he finishes in the top five against other Loretta’s guys and riders that have been doing this much longer. He is very good on starts and is usually in the top 3 off of the starts. He is starting to find comfort in jumping most every jump on the track because he knows he has to in order to compete with the best. He has great control and has recently turned alot of heads because of the speed and changes he has made. He has goals of competing at Mini O’s next year for sure and we fill like he will be ready to lock on the gate with 40 guys. Whether he makes Loretta’s or not will depend on him and how he progresses.
