Personal History

I am 29, and have only been riding for 6 full months now. I have two children, Cayleigh 8 and Billy 3 1/2. I can safely say that being a mother, I have the morals that you can trust with your sponsership. I will always conduct myself in the best possible manner!  Also being a mother, my two children look up to me, and it even goes as far as my daughters' school...all of her schoolmates love to hear that I am a mom that rides and races.

I can not get enough of my KX250F. I have raced 3 times so far this year and cant wait for the 2009 season to start.  Besides riding, I love helping out at the races for my fellow women of the sport!

I have helped out Bonnie Beach and Andrea Welch who together formed Coach2Ride.com, at the Kids Demo for the 2008 Transworld Dirt Days at Milestone Ranch, CA.  It was the most rewarding two days I have had in the motocross sport so far. We helped little kids with thier first rides on dirt bikes. Even though my back was sore from helping them change into the riding gear- seeing thier faces after they were done was priceless!

I have taken two classes with Shelly Beckstoffer and Mike Fedorow (SoCalMxTraining.com). They gave me the skills to make this journy a fun learning experience. Without thier help I would not be where I am today....still thriving for more throttle!

Riding Goals

I am focusing on honing in my skills for the remainder of 2008, so in 2009 I can come in strong.

I have an appointment with Kelly Yancy at the end of Oct to do just so....see what I can work on.

Competitive Highlights

Well a highlight for me is, not of the competition (Dont get me wrong I love that part) - But a highlight to me, is to see so many women getting out to the tracks now. Not only to just ride but to compete too! The more we reach out and incourage, the more girls come out. The last time I went to Perris for thier Thurs night Vet session, about 15 or so were girls and women!  I think the guys are starting to think we are taking Perris over-HA. Between motos we all say hi to each other and spend time talking about the track and how they take this jump, or how awesome that section was, and so forth.
