Personal History

My name is Chris Walsh. I grew up in Washington state and have been riding since I was three years old. Around 14, I started taking it more seriously, and after high school, I traveled the West Coast racing local events. In 2011, I was on the road to Lorettas, making it through all area and regional qualifiers. Unfortunately, six weeks before the big race, I broke my arm in the first turn at a race in Spokane, Washingto called airway heights.

I healed up and went for Lorettas again in 2012, but that year, I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus and broke my hand. Without health insurance, I had to step away from racing.

After 10 years off, I got back into riding with a 2023 CRF250, but I wanted more power, so now I’m on a 2025 YZ450F. I live in Arizona with my family and am looking to get back into racing this summer, planning to hit the AZ OPEN

Riding Goals

My goal is to hit a few race called the SMX and AZ at the end of the year in Arizona.
