Spending half a day Sammy slides mx

again weather pushing on us with constant rain making track conditions poor

making it a lot harder to ride fast on a wet and very rough track

monitoring lap times seeing improvements

constant riding to improve stamina while working on bike control and cornering

not as many riding hours as I would have liked to ride but getting out at all is well worth it

overall it has been a great weekend and i feel I have gained a lot of riding experience

Great day practicing at the milk run mx

very wet and track was also very rough filled with many deep ruts

the bike performing very well as always

I'm really happy with the rg3 suspension setup as it makes all the difference

again getting many riding hours in

Overall it was a great riding experience

back at sammy slides mx for another training session.

hard track and very rough designed for building stamina and high levels of training.

the weather was good again keeping the track dry.

practicing most performance aspects of racing.

testing endurance and stamina with constant speed lap monitoring using a stop watch.

comparing lap times over periods of time.

all in all it was a great day of hard training and well worth it.

i cant wait to get back out there.

full day at the milk run mx.

its an amazing track and i really enjoy riding there.

great variety of corners and jumps.

good weather and the track was in perfect condition.

again getting lots of riding hours in.

getting faster and faster mastering the rutty corners.

overall it was a great practice day.

stamina training/practice session @ sammyslides Mx.

wet from yesterday's rain so difficult but great practice.

working on starts in wet, low grip and also late breaking with little grip.

some good riding time in so all in all good day.

dry, low grip, dusty.

practising late breaking.

working on rider position and throttle timing.

improving cornering speed cutting lap times.

monitoring bike performance via vortex control unit (onboard computer) power delivery and grip. rpm setting choice.

technical, deep ruts, wet, soft.

testing and adjusting new rg3 suspension setup.

improvising lap times.

adjusting riding style.

experimenting for fastest lines.

racing on hold through the winter as training for next years MSMXC summer championship.

full training session at private track sammy slides mx.

sammy slides mx is a fitness track designed to build rider strengh and stamina.

very technical and rough.

i ride here as much as i can as i understand the benefits this training can offer when it comes to race day.

practicing starts and powershifting out of corners.

line selection and railing ruts improving reaction time and hand to eye co-ordination.

perfecting rider position
