Personal History
I have a long history of involvement and racing in motocross since 1998. I started on a kx60 in the beginner class, and raced steady until 2012. I moved up to Pro in 2008 and attempted to get my license in 2009. Despite my letter of recommendation from the district 27 AMA manager and all local race results, I was sadly declined due to not meeting the required 75 point rule. Racing was expensive as it was and we could not afford to travel to bigger events to get points. Fast forward a bit and in 2018 my son, Brayden started racing. He has moved up to 65 Jr. and 65 Open this year. 2025.
Riding Goals
Racing is life! I support my family and teach them technique and proper habits to form and I try to keep it fun. I help Brayden develop and get him what he needs to compete. My goals for myself are to continue to have fun in the sport and promote the positive growth within racing motocross.. Brayden's goals are to someday race pro. He says " I want to be the fastest" Last year my Brayden raced most of the Pac West Motocross Series, Washougal Nationals, Mini Warriors, and the OPMC Fall Series. This year for 2025 Brayden is racing some of the PRO series for Devol. Pac West Motocross Series, Washougal Nationals, OPMC Fall Series. Tentative we might do the Mesquite NV, Thanksgiving Classic race this year with some friends and Mini Warriors.
Competitive Highlights
I have in the photos an extensive list from the past and up to current. I was using Hookit to keep my results and have screen shot the results from there into the photos on this platform. I will be updating this platform going forward with races coming up and race results current. - Competitive Highlights for myself would be that I made it to Pro level and was competitive in the sport at a National level. I had a W4 at one point for Racing Motocross as a Professional. One of my top achievements was taking hole shot in 250 Pro Am at the 2009 Washougal Nationals and holding the lead for a few laps. Looking back on my day of racing and being able to line up and race 85's with Ryan Villopoto and Josh Hill was huge. At the time they were just fast kids. I got to start with Mike Alessi at Nationals one year because he wanted gate practice. Brayden this last year won his first 65cc beg, race at OPMC and took 3rd overall for their Fall Series.
