Personal History
...For those people who think motocross is just about twisting the throttle turning and jumping...I have news for you. Motocross is way more than JUST that. We have to worry about staying in shape, so we can hold on to the bike and stay strong, longer. We crash, we have to suck it up, get up, and work our way back through the pack. Motocross racers, have no fears whatsoever. All of us are jumping 110 foot triples...and jumps that we know if we come up short we're done for. We don't give up. We don't quit. Just because we love the sport so much. MX racers dedicate their lives to motocross. We do this sport because we love it and we cannot live without it. It's in our blood. We get on that gate, our hearts pounding, and all we think is...I have got to win. Everything more. Nothing less. We want that holeshot, and to be first into the turn. We all realize we could die doing this sport. But we all take that risk and just keep moving on. Pain is temporary. It may lastt a minute, or an hour, or a day, or even a year but eventually it will subside and somthing else will take its place. If i quit however, it lasts forever. That surrender, even the smallest act of giving up, stays with me. So when I feel like quitting, I ask myself, which would I rather live with? And I say to myself...I WILL NOT BACK DOWN!...(wrote my freshman yr english class)
Hi, my name is Chris McCabe, I'm currently a senior in high school, and my hobbies consist of racing motorcross, riding, and of course more riding. Dirt bikes have been my passion for around 10 years now, I eat, sleep and breath motorcross...
Riding Goals
During this year, I plan on graduating high school. Along with that I will be training, dieting, working out, basically just doing whatever it takes to be the best motorcross racer that I can be.
