Personal History
My name is Chris Kalhauge I am 21 years old and live in Hunterdon County New Jersey. Motocross is all i do and know how to do and plan on racing/riding for as long as i can. Real committed to the sport and love everything it has to offer. I started racing when i was 6 years old and have been continuing ever since. i support myself with everything that comes with races from money to being my own mechanic, and as expensive as it is i love it. I work full time for my county road department and enjoy that very much. That is how I am able to show up on weekends at the track. Usually over winter I continue to work and make sure my bikes are ready for up coming season, I also snowboard a lot and do anything to keep active. Have had many great moments with my racing career and plan to keep making more happen! The past 2 years i have gotten back into racing a lot more now that I am settled with my job and everything. I raced the amateur class this past year and placed top 5's most of the season in that class. This past year also at the end, I made the move to the Expert (A class) and got a 4th for my first race. So this year I plan to keep racing as much as possible and get a lot of seat time in new class. Also i will be racing the Pro-Am series to get my feet wet and try to set my sights on getting that pro license!
Riding Goals
Riding goals for this year (2015) are to just race as much as I can and try to hit a lot of different races and tracks. Now that i have made the move to A class i plan to get a lot of good finishes and improve with every race. Also will be racing the Pro-Am series to get my feet wet and try to set my sights on obtaining my pro license! Overall really trying to have as much fun as possible and get as much a lot of seat time in new class and go from there!
