Personal History
My name is Chris Horton, and I am a 44 year old parts associate at Autonation Chevorlet, I live in Watagua, Texas. I graduated from Duncanville High school in 1998. I have been riding motrcycles since I was three years old and started racing when I was 13. Before that, I raced BMX from ages 8 to 13. I also played soccer and football growing up. Besides motocross I speny my extracurricular time playing fantasy football, going to the lake for some fishing, skiing, hunting, and occassionally catching a good movie. I love any kind of motorsports from NASCAR to NHRA , F1 Moto GP, and Superbikes.
Riding Goals
Goals for 2024 are to compete in the Moto Masters Series, Texas Winter Serices,Best of Texas Series,Ama distrct 41,and LL qualifiers. Also some TORN or TCCRA off road events.
Competitive Highlights
- In 1993, my first full year, I won the 80am TCCRA (Texas Cross Country Racing Assosiation) state championship.
- 1997 TCCRA 125/200 int championship.
- From '98-'02 I was top ten every year in 125/200 exp class for TCCRA.
- In '02 I finished 4th over all in the Full Moon Series running in the 125 open class.
- 2011 TORN over 30 State Champion
- 2021 Moto Masters Over 35B State Champion
- 2021 Moto Masters Over 40B State Champion
