This season has been a mental and physical chanllange. I herniated several discs right before the season started and raced that way for the first half of the season. And ended the season with a few DNFs and some internal bleeding. In total I missed 6 of 12 races and had Dnf the last 2. With only 4 finishes I somehow managed a top 10 finish for the NETRA hare scramble championship. And I can't wait to see what a healthy season can bring next year.

Well I have started my off season training. Even though it's not really an off season I am still riding every weekend( 30 degrees usually). I have started out pretty slow because I actually got pretty out of shape throughout last season due to minor injuries that I was nursing. Been doing push-ups on a daily basis. Started doing body weight squats and stretching regularly. And got on a hike and started doing 40 minute rides. If I keep up te pace and push in three months my cardio and strength will be where it needs to be if I want to be on the podium next year.

Well Self promoted today and what a rough 2 motos, battled exhaustion and dehyration all day. But I didn't quit and went home happy, an really really tired.
