Personal History

I am a 22 year old motorcycle finatic. I am  qualified carpenter and I currently study business and project management full time.

Motorcycles are my history, focus and passion. Both sides of my family have ridden, built and raced bikes through the generations, my grandfathers, father and now myself. I have been involved in the local clubs and events since a young age, with backgrounds in the trials groups and trail clubs attending most events where I can.

My list of bikes is extensive and I believe will never stop growing, currently the total sits at 15. I love working on bikes as projects and furthering my knowledge and mechanical understanding (particularly in 2 stroke engines).

In the past 3 years I have been living in the South Island of New Zealand, riding in most organized trail events in the area. Typically riding in the intermediate and A class trails. Traveling the country, I have met many brilliant people with different abilities, all of which have helped me develop my skill set and have a good time.

I am the type of person who can't sit still for long, always having some project on the go or strong focus on a new 'great idea'. I am fond of the New Zealand motorcycle greats such as John Britten (creator of the 1994 Britten V1000), and Burt Munro (Set the Under1000cc land speed record).

Riding Goals

My riding style and genre is heavily Cross Country (XC) and Enduro based.

With recent XC results showing promise for the future, I wish to compete in the national XC series in the Senior Unders class riding my Exc200.

Whilst in the South Island for the remainder of this year, I will continue to enter the local organized trail events as well as the Munro Tribute Beach race coming up at the bottom of the country.

Moving back to the North Island lands me back in enduro territory where I plan to compete in the North Island Enduro series, along side my father who will likely be competing in the Vets class.

Aside from competing, I plan to keep to my typical weekend training rides and to keep enjoying what I love. Getting a network of people in the area together to ride frequently is as good as it gets.
