Wow, what a year this is, alot different from last year and not being able to race as much because of the budget crisis!  I am sorry I have not had a chance to follow up on sponsorships from the end of last year, my mom's computer crashed and it took till July of this year before she could get it running again.  But, I'm back!

2010 has been good to me so far, I've raced 3 races and finished 1st in my class! I turned 12 in July and now I can hopefully race in the mini class, which is run on the full course, which I have not done yet.  We had to miss the race this weekend, Rd 5 at Cahuilla Creek because my dad had an accident at work on Monday, but he is recovering from a fractured rib and was in too much pain for us to make the boat trip from the Island, then a 2 hour drive to the track.

But, we are going to Rd 6 at Ridgecrest, so watch out!!!

I got to go to Pala Raceway in August to practice with my friend Carey for his birthday, and we got to train with Parker Eckman, who is going pro at A1!  It was awesome! I learned so much from him and I wanted to test it out at the race this weekend, but no can do.

Wow, it sure was wet and muddy at Gorman!  My friend Buddha crashed in the 2nd race and hurt his knee. Then in the race before mine, my friend Renton went down in a mud puddle just past the first turn!  My friend Joey did pretty good in his race, he finished 6th in class in the 4 stroke intermediates.  I was in the micro minis, in my class of 13 I came in 2nd and overall I came in 8th!  In the mud!!  It was the hardest race for me so far, but now I know I can do it!  So, bring on the mud and rain...

We just got back from Ridgecrest yesterday evening, what a day! I got a holeshot in my race, then they restarted us cuz there was some kind of mix-up in the course and they had us going head-on into the other racers...but it was all good! I got another holeshot and finished first in my class for the first time! Overall, I got a 7th place and I hydrated like crazy all week!!! It's true, water is good and you really need to start early!
