Broken Elbow Update: Just had another check up and doc says it's healing faster than he thought which is awesome! I've got full motion back in my arm and feel great. Although I've made progress, the doc wants me to continue to take it easy for a little while longer due to the part of the elbow that broke. I don't see it being to much longer, but for now we just keep trucking forward so that when I get the all clear, I'm ready to rip!

Quick update for you all...I got the cast off my arm and the doctors say that it is healing very well. I need to start getting motion back in my arm and start the strengthening process but it's all looking positive!

Unfortunately, a few days ago I had a crash during a race which left me with a broken elbow on my left arm. I hate to see this happen, but as we all know this is motocross and it's not "IF" but "WHEN". My spirits are up and I'm going to take this time to reflect on this season and see where I can improve and better myself for the upcoming future.
