Personal History
My name is Channing Norman and I am 4 years old. I live with my Dad, Mom and Brother. I attend a private preschool. We have two dogs, Barkley and Maggie. We also have a rabbit, Buggs. I got my first dirt bike when I was 3, my parents bought me a Yamaha TTR 50 with training wheels. While on a track for the first time my training wheels broke. I was determined to ride without the training wheels and it wasn't long after that I had mastered it and have been riding non stop since. We recently switched from the Yamaha TTR 50 and got a Honda CFR 50. When I'm not riding, I also enjoy swimming as well as basketball and baseball. I look up to my older brother, Chris, and my dad as they ride and race dirt bikes too.
Riding Goals
While I am young and just getting into the racing world, I am becoming more confident in my riding. I have been riding for about 6 months. I ride at 2006 Honda CFR 50. My goals are to continue to learn and grow with anything motocross. I love riding in my backyard to all different motocross tracks. My goal is to practice, practice, practice and ride in my first race soon. I'm confident that I can accomplish this with all the practice I'm doing. I am always so excited to go to the track to ride. So, here I am, finally getting started. One day, I hope to compete in Loretta Lynn's.
