Personal History
I grew up in Sunland Ca. off the 210 freeway and our next door neighbors were the Leman's (Oakley Lehman) the stunt double for Paul Walker and he encouraged me at a young age to chase my dream as a pro motocross rider. When I turned 10 my family moved up north to Oakhurst, just south of Yosemite. That is when I really started to race competitively as a child, in the central valley (Little Oakie, Sand Hill, Hollister, and Tulare) is where I mainly raced. I got to ride with many kids that pushed my skills, like (Daniel Sani, Alessi bros, and many more). But I didn't have the speed cause I wouldn't ride past my comfort level. So I started hanging out with Jeremy Carter in Coarsegold and riding freestyle, which helped me get past some of my fears and was also gaining speed. But It was then time to start thinking about a true career, so I moved to Phoenix Arizona to start my 2 years at MMI. After graduating I moved back to the Fresno area and went to work at Clawson Motorsports as a certified technician. Still riding but then getting hurt often. in 2007 when the industry started to slow down I then went to go to work back with my father in construction. In 2014 I broke a femur and took a 2 year break from riding but realized I was unhappy. Putting on that sweaty helmet, lining up on that gate with the adrenaline pumping to make it to the corner first was missing from my life. I will be riding till God tells me its time to hang it up. But I am a great rider to invest products with because I do know many people, and am respected in our riding community. Also I am very much active on social media and as a business owner myself I understand the importance in brand recognition.
Riding Goals
The past 2 years have been fun! But I'm being smart as a Business owner now I can't afford to much down time. So I sign up for the right classes and enjoy racing, but still strive to be faster everyday! Last year I almost made the main event for Mammoth in 30C but this year I'm 4th in Points and Plan to make top 10 and get myself a bear this year. I have put in the hard work it takes, and have been recently even passing 30B riders.
