Personal History
We are 3Gen Racing, a family race team consisting of 3 different generations. The team consists of Papa (aka Kevin - 62), Dad (Chad - 36), and his kids Reed (8), Ryan (6), Ruby (4 - Stacyc). We love riding, practicing, and camping together. We cherish the fact that we get to share the joy and experiences of racing together in the same series. It's an all out family affair filled with fun and healthy competition.
I am searching for sponsors this year to help out with the expenses. I'd like to participate in more races this season, ride new places, and start to invest into my boys riding technique.
Riding Goals
Chad's goals is to earn his first ever 1st place finish this year and finish on the podium for the overall in both the 250F B and 30+ B classes. He also wants to continiue to work on his fitness and speed so that he can compete in the A class for 2024.
Reed's goals is to win the Championship for both Saturday and Sunday. Next year he is looking to be competitive in the 65cc A class.
Ryan's goals is to finish on the podium both his Saturday and Sunday Championships. He has some tough competition running against him. He will continue working on his speed and prepare to move up to the A class.
Kevin's goal is to continue improving his fitness so that he will be ready to bump up to the 60+ A class next year. He spent a career running the A and AA classes and he wants to prove that he still has the skill to do that at 62 years old.
Competitive Highlights
Chad: Finished the 2022 season with 2 podiums and 4th overall in the 30+C Class. He gained enough confidence to step up to the B class for 2023 and so far he has 3 2nd place finishes. He's currently sitting in 3rd and 4th in points for his respective classes.
Reed: Finished the 2022 season with multiple podium finish and closed out the season with a 1st place finish. He finished the season 5th overall. He's currently a top runner with multiple 1st place and podium finishes in the 65cc B class. He is sitting 1st and 2nd in points for his respective classes.
Ryan: Finished the '22 season with two 1st and a handful of podium finishes, but his consistency awarded him with Overall Jr./Beginner Championship at just 5 years old! This year he started in the 50cc C class and has moved up to B class. He has multiple podiums and one win in the B class this year. He is currently sitting in 2nd and 4th in points for his respective classes.
Kevin: Finished the '22 season with a handful of podium finishes in the 60+ B class (5th overall) and also races the Double Decade class on a freshly restored '96 CR250. This year is his is currently sitting 4th in points.
