Personal History

My name is Chad Crawley.  I am 22 years old.  I eat, sleep, and breath motocross.  I've been riding since the age of 9, and racing since 14.  I suffered a severe injury at the age of 16, and took a few years off, so when I started back racing a years and a half ago, I was obviously not at my full potential.  Now I am back in the game, and ready to take it as far as possible.  I hope to one day be able to call it a career.

Riding Goals

When I started racing again a few years ago, it was not looking good.   I was in bad shape, had bad technique, and developed some bad riding habits, but now, I am moving up faster than ever, and am hoping to win 1st place in the Lites B class points in 2007 in a local division.  For 2008 I will be moving up to the A class. and we'll have to see what happens from there, hopefully a pro debut, in the next few years.  I also love to have sponsors, and help behind me. It motivates and drives me to win so much more, because then I'm not just winning for myself, I'm doing it for others, that are on my team, and can celebrate with me.

Competitive Highlights

I hate to lose.  Thats all there is to it.  It doesn't matter if I'm racing or playing ping-pong.  If I dont win a race, I will go home, and figure out what it was that made me lose that race, whether, it was my conditioning, technique, or whatever, and work mainly on fixing that in practice.  I always want to move forward.
