Personal History
I am a happily married father of 5 incomparable children. I am a career Fire Fighter/ Engineer with the city of Maricopa, AZ.
I spent my youth as a professional rock climber for 15+ yrs, traveling and competing through out the states. Living literally in a van down by the river!! I also raced streetluge in the late 90's and 2000's competing in the NBC Gravity Games along with local and national events with EDI and IGSA.
As a child growing up on a farm I have always ridden dirt bikes. I also have a competitive nature which began with riding horses at a young age, moving on to BMX then rock climbing and streetluge. It wasn't until my retirement from climbing that I started to ride off road more frequently and seriously. With competition in my blood I couldn't help but start racing off-road.
One thing I can say to men or women my age is, it's never to late to follow a dream or start something new. Always be a good example to younger riders, they look up to the older generation. Don't ever be the one to discourage them.
Don't ever stop doing what you love.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
