I am pleased to announce that I have been selected to race for KTM Centurion Liqui Moly Racing Team for the 2016 racing season in the 65cc class. I will be racing in Enduro's, Harescrambles and MX events. Can't wait for the season to start and to pit with these professionals. Bring it on... Braaaap!!

Had a huge fall at the Witpoort 200 Hare Scramble - hit a ditch pinned flat out on a straight. Had a ride in 3 different ambulances as they thought that I have broken my femur. Dr's confirmed no broken bones or concussion at the hospital. I was sore, blue and bruised and not happy to not have finished the race. Turned out that both by forks bent during the crash! This weekend (07/11/2015) I am racing a harescrable on my KTM 65. Second last race (harescramble) for the year. Looking forward to the off season, going to train as much as possible to start the 2016 race season with a bang! Trainers lined up, Grant Foley for MX and Louwrens Mahoney for harescrambles. 2016 is going to be good!! Braaaaap

Tomorrow is my last race on my KTM 50, going to give it my all and have as much fun as I can. Racing my KTM 65 as well. Planning on training as much as I can in the off season on the 65 to start the new season with a bang.
I am quite happy with what I have achieved thus far in my short racing career. 6 Months and I managed a 4th overall in the South African National Championship. I don't think that is bad as I missed the 1st race of the season and had some bike trouble at my 1st race, in all I did not score points in 4 heats. If I did I could have fought for a 1st or 2nd position.
I learned a lot this year and can't wait for next season! Bring it On!!

Just received the news that I will represent Limpopo Province not only on my KTM 50 but also on my KTM 65. Going to train hard the next 3 weeks!

Unfortunately the MX National scheduled for 26/09 in Polokwane have been cancelled. We have a long weekend coming up this weekend and I will be training everyday to get my speed up on my KTM 65.
I am sad about the race but looking forward to the training. I will be trained this week by a much respected gentleman in our MX community in South Africa, Mr Grant Foley. Can't wait...

I have been selected to represent Limpopo Province in the 50cc MX Class for a North vs South event in Bloemfontein, South Africa. So happy and honored! All the hard work is paying off. This is going to be a big one!

This weekend 15/08/2015 is the WOMZA MX National in Harrismith. I will be racing in the 50cc and 65cc classes. Pretty nervous as this will be my 1st time racing my KTM 65. I am not expecting much in the 65cc class as this is more about learning and to get the feeling for what to expect next year. I will however give it my all in the 50cc class and hope to achieve a podium finish.

Went to see the doctor again and I got the all clear to race this weekend. I am stoked and can't wait to hit the track! Bring it on!! Whoop Whoop!!

Had a nasty fall on Saturday while training for this weekends Regional. Went over the bars pinned flat out! Did some scans and nothing broken, but I do have a mild concussion. Seeing the Dr again today and will hopefully get the all clear to race this weekend.
I need a new helmet as mine broke from the impact... Bike is all good and is being race prepped for in case I can race.
Really want to partake in this race as I have trained hard especially for this one.

Up to now my short racing career have had it ups and downs, I have had bad luck in all of my races thus far, from being blacked flagged (my 2nd ever MX race, overshot a corner and rejoined the track at the wrong place) to falling hard and bike breaking down. I have not done one event where I scored points in all 3 heats. I am however training hard and believe the results will come soon.
