Personal History
Hi, I’m Carter Jones, a 5th grader at Jimtown Intermediate. I’m passionate about motocross and love being a part of the riding community. Whether I’m on the track or cheering my friends on, I’m always excited to help and encourage my fellow riders. I’ve trained hard and am determined to keep growing as a rider.
I had to take a break from racing in August 2024 due to an ACL injury. After surgery in October, I’m more motivated than ever to return to the track and make the 2025 season my best yet!

Riding Goals
I ride because motocross is more than just a sport to me, it's where I feel the most excited and free. Being on my bike, improving my skills, and sharing the track with other riders makes me feel part of something big. I love the thrill of every jump and turn and the friendships I've built in the motocross community. Riding is my passion, and it drives me to keep pushing myself.
In 2025, my main goal is to come back stronger after my ACL recovery and improve my placement in District 14. I plan to focus on sharpening my riding technique, building my strength, and training to become a more consistent and competitive rider.
Beyond racing, I also want to represent my sponsors well and show other young riders that hard work and dedication can make a difference on and off the track.
Competitive Highlights
I have shown remarkable dedication and resilience in motocross, achieving notable success even at a young age. In the 2024 season, I placed 9th in Michigan District 14's competitive 65 SR ages 10 & 11 class, a strong result that reflects my hard work and skill.
Over the summer, I attended 2 motocross training camps to build my riding skills and learn from experienced riders, demonstrating my commitment to continuous improvement. Despite facing a setback with an ACL injury in August, my determination hasn't wavered. After my October surgery, I'm focused on my recovery and am motivated to return for the 2025 season stronger than ever! My passion for motocross and dedication to pushing my limits makes me an inspiring young rider with a promising future in the sport.
