Personal History
Hello, My name is Carson McDermott and I am 16 years old. I live in Hollister, California. I have a mom, dad, and sister who have supported me through everything. My dad put me on a PW 50 without training wheels at three years old and ever since then I have been obsessed with anything with two wheels.
Riding Goals
Dirt bikes are truly my main passion. I've spent my whole life obsessed with riding. About two years ago I started racing D36 cross country. My main goals are to eventually race either WORCS or GNCC at a professional level.
Competitive Highlights
So far my racing career has been pretty awesome. The first season I ever raced was the 2023 D36 cross country fall series. Out of around eight races I podiumed four times. I ended the season 3rd overall in C open class. After that the 2023/2024 spring series started. This was my latest series and I ended up 2nd overall in C open class. This season was much better than my first. I podiumed all but one race and was 1st place overall at one point in the season. At the last race of the season I managed to pull off my first ever 1st place. I ended up with enough advancement points to be bumped into B class so for the 2024 spring series I will be racing B open. I will continue to train and strive to be a better rider until I make it to where I want to be.
