Personal History
My name is Carson Johanningmeier. I am 16 years old and I began riding at the age of 9. I am a soft spoken, determined, hardworking teen with respect for myself and others. I value family, God, my health and friendships. I know the tremendous amount of commitment, training, and faith that it takes to be a great racer and I am putting in the work to be the best I can be on and off of the track. When I'm not riding/practicing motocross I enjoy fishing and mountain biking and working on my track at my dads. I also work full time during the summer to support my mx career. I am obtaining my education online so that I can ride and train throughout the year. It takes great responsibility to juggle online school, work, and training as a 16 year old.
My home track is Spring Creek MX in Millville MN. This is about 90 miles from my home. This year I spent a month training at Club MX in SC, trained with Shannon Niday for a week, and also with Doug Ninneman. I also attended a one day training with Trolltraining-Alex Martin.
Riding Goals
My goal for 2021 are:
1. place in the top 10 at the National Final Race Loretta Lynn MX.
2. place 1 or 2 in District 23 in the 250 C14-24 and also 250 C.
Continue to learn and grow as a B rider.
Attend as many races as I can during the rest of the season
Be a great role model for my peers and young riders.
Represent my Sponsors in a positive way on and off the track by racing to the best of my ability, being a great person with morals and values, and working my butt off to achieve my goals-and having a great attitude when things go bad or don't turn out like we expect.
