Personal History
My name is Carson Hamblin. I ride #84 on a KTM 85. Racing for me began at the age of 8, just two weeks after getting my first motorcycle. I am a member of AMA, as well as RMX (Rocky Mountain Motocross). I love racing motocross, from pushing myself to be the best, to traveling with my family and meeting lots of cool friends, it’s an awesome way to grow up. My current goal is to come back from a broken leg even faster and stronger than I was and to win Loretta Lynn's in 2018. I'm currently in Middle School with a 4.0 GPA!
Riding Goals
Winning Loretta Lynn's Amateur National Championship in Tennessee is my most immediate goal. Racing is my passion and I will do everything in my power to become a professional supercross championship in the future!
Competitive Highlights
I recently attended the Loretta Lynn's Midwest regional at Hangtown Raceway in Rancho Cordova, CA. In my first moto I ended in 7th place due to a flat tire. In my second moto, being determined to qualify for the national in Tennessee, I finished in 2nd place! That gave me an overall of 3rd place and I got my ticket to Loretta's solidifying myself as one of the 42 best 12-14 year old racers in the country!
I also had the opportunity to race the 2015 Amateur National Championship at Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Tennessee, I have raced at Freestone Spring Championship, California Classic, Mammoth Mountain Motocross, AZ Open, Utah State Championship, and many other National, Regional, and local level races. With experience racing national level competition, I feel I’m in a much better position to consistently be at the front.
