Personal History
Hello! My name is Camron Kalass and I am 14 years old. I am in the 9th grade at Elkhart Central High School in Elkhart, Indiana. I live with my parents, Mike & Christy Kalass. My dad owns a marina and my mom is a medical assistant. I have a 3 year old yellow lab named Molly who goes with us to every race.
I started riding a dirtbike when I was 4 years old. My first bike was a Yamaha 50. I worked my way up to a KTM 85cc that I rode for a couple of years. Moved up to a 2015 and 2016 85cc Husqvarnas. I now ride a 2016 125cc Husqvarna. My dad does most of the maintanence on my bikes but is teaching me how.
I have raced the last 3 years. 2014 is the first year I raced in a point series in the 85C and Mini-Open classes. Turned out to be a good year for me! Last year I moved up into the 85 Senior class and mini-openclasses. I am currently healing up from my 2nd femur fracture after being landed on by a couple of bikes at Mini O's 2016.
Riding Goals
I like riding dirtbikes because I like to do the jumps and go fast. Every time I ride I try and do a little better and ride a little faster. I would like to go to a motocross camp next summer to help with my riding. There are a couple local tracks that we go to to practice through the week. In the winter we try and go to indoor tracks for more seat time as much as possible. Right now I am working on my starts and corners.

2014 GLMX Michigan State Championship - 1st place Mini-Open class.
2014 GLMX Michigan State Championship - 3rd place 85 Senior class.
2014 Michigan Mafia Championship Series - 1st place 85C class.
2014 Michigan Mafia Championship Series - 1st place Mini-Open 9-14 class.
