had a good weekend , went to Albuquerque NM. and raced my first AMA AX. race. was so fun. i was not real happy with my results but i know where i need to improve and the next time i will win. i raced the lites c class and the novice class and took 3rd in both.

This weekend did not go as planned but it still turned out alright. we went to the Lorreta Lynnes area qualifier at Arizona Cycle Park in Buckeye AZ. but in practice on the first day i went down and turns out i stretched my deltoid . i went ahead and raced 2 classes ,250 stock novice, and 250 mod novice. I know that i could have won both of these classes but with my shoulder hurting me and at that time i didnt really know yet what was wrong. i just tried to quallify , and i did ! 4th in stock and 10th in mod .

yesterday was the last day of the Brauns Amateur Open ...a very good day for me ! I won the 450 mod. novice championship on my crf 250 ! I also won several other trophies including a 4th in 450 stock novice , a 7th in 250 mod novice and a 8th in 250 stk novice.

guess i got a little behind , its been a very busy summer ! had a few set backs but not anything major ,just a few mechanical problems but overall had a good summer. drove 9 hrs to Clovis NM. and ran my first arena cross race ! loved it , then in September we went to El Paso, TX. and raced arena cross again and i placed 2nd overall in novice class . i have also stared a very tough work out routine that my mx. coach has set me up with....believe me its tough, but i know it will be worth it as i can already see a huge improvement in my lap times at the practice track , looking forward to the next race ....they wont know what hit them.

Well yesterday was the first race of the new season. I am so excited to be on a big bike now .I had definitely outgrown my crf150. I got a new crf250 and it is great! My first race was 250 non pro and I FINISHED 3RD overall. Then in the 250 novice class of 34 riders I finished with an overall of 8th,only after a mistake that if I could have avoided would have put me in about third in that class as well. A big thanks to all of my sponsors for all of their support.

Saturday was the final race of our state championship series ! It was a long year , as it started on 1/22/12 and there were 16 races in the series.That doesn't sound too bad but we live way out from anywhere and the closest of the 5 tracks that we race in the series is 1.5 hours from home ranging to 5 hours away. However I did not miss a single one of them, and even though i suffered a broken arm in march and had to travel 4 hours just to roll a lap so i could stay in the points i did it . It all payed off in the end as i finished the series with an overall win in the 150 open class and a 2nd in the supermini class !

just got home ( back to az ) from NMA GRAND NATIONALS ,was a great trip. I won my first national title . I won a first place in the 150 -4 stroke class, was soooo awesome ! I want to thank all my sponsors for their support , especially AGV , SMITH OPTICS , ONEAL , TWIN AIR . I plan to finish out this season in our state championship series on my crf 150 expert, and then I will be moving up to the 250 class.so wish me luck, and thanks again.
