Personal History

My name is Caden Estrada and I am 11 years old. I live in Tehachapi, CA with my family and lots of animals. I started riding my bicycle when I was 3 years old, and I started riding my dirt bike on 11/11/13. It is my dream to become a professional rider. My first bike is a 2001 Honda 80, and now I am now building a 2003 Kawasaki 85 with my step-dad and his friend. I have advanced in a very short time, and even adults that have been riding all their life have said I am the fastest they have ever seen just starting out!

My step-dad, I call Papa C for Carl, is the one that introduced riding to me, and I am so thankful that my mom and him met. He has been riding for over 40 years, and has been teaching me the right way to ride with safety first. He is very patient with me, and takes me out riding on big tracks every Saturday and Sunday. I am so excited to be the best in racing, and want to make the Sponsors I get very proud of me!

I also play the piano, and have been taking lessons for the last 3 years. I love learning and playing music too. I also play the x-Box, and my favorite game is the MX vs. ATV racing game. Since I started riding my very own bike I don't play the xBox like I did before. Riding is a dream come true for me, and I feel so good inside when I am riding. Nothing else matters around me when I am riding, and especially catching big air.

If I have any spare time between school work, piano and riding I am always watching MotoCross on TV. Papa-C even has me watch all the biographies, and videos on how to become a professional rider. My parents have always taught me that I can do anything if I put my mind to it and trust in God. I love God oh so much, and know that anything is possible through him.

Riding Goals

My goal is to work as hard as I can to become a professional rider and racer. I am learning that is takes so much hard work, patience and dedication to be a pro. I want to be a great role model to other kids, and let them know that when they focus on riding that everything becomes so much better around them. I want to start a riding camp when I get older to teach kids how to be the very best, and have fundraisers to help them pay for their bikes if they don't have enough money to get one.

When I reach my goal a Professional Rider someday I will use any money to help my parents when they are having a hard time buying things, and I will buy other kids dirt bikes and gear too! I want more than anything to win the Monster Energy Cup someday! I pray that my parents can someday afford to send me to Loretta Lynn's Ranch to race with other kids that share the same passion I do for riding! I will do hard work and practice all the time to be a good role model to others, and I will do everything I can to tell everyone about how my Sponsor's have helped me.

Competitive Highlights

I have been riding since 11/11/2013, and have been practicing every Saturday and Sunday since. I have been practicing on the big tracks keeping up with the teenagers and adults on the big jumps. I am almost finished building my 85, and will soon be racing at CalCity MX Park.

I will be sure to post about my competitive highlights as soon as I have some to share!
