Personal History
I am an 18 year old high school kid that is chasing after my dream or being a top gncc rider. I was never able to race because my parents got divorced at a young age and we couldn’t afford it. Now that I’m older I work full time as a welder. I go to school in the morning then work 8 hour days and overtime on saturdays. This was my first year of racing and I am proud of what I have accomplished and I am working super hard to achieve my dream.
Riding Goals
Last season was my first year of racing I did a lot of winning for just starting out. I am moving up to b class this year. I am also in the process of purchasing a 2020 Crf450r. I have been busting my a** to get myself where I want to be. From putting out 2 hour long motos to working out everyday. My goal is to win in b class and move up to a class next season.
Competitive Highlights
The biggest highlight of my season was at the pine Glenn cra. I broke my cr250 the weekend before racing and my cousin let me borrow his 2005 Crf450r. There were 35 people in my class and I went into the woods in dead last. The bike didn’t start in gear and I had to mess with it. I wrecked a mile in on the first lap and messed up my knee. I knew it was messed up but kept going. I went from 35th to 1st an hour and a half. I won the race. I then went to the doctor and found out that I partially tore my miniscus in 2 places bruised my knee cap in 2 places and fractured my knee cap in 2 places. I went from last to first on a borrowed bike with a broken knee.
