Personal History

Cade has had a passion for dirtbikes from the day he was born. Staying up late to watch Supercross every Saturday as a family and with a dad who has raced his whole life, he was bound to love it. His first sound was braaaaap.

Cade started riding a PW50 with training wheels at the age of 2 1/2. By the age of 3, he was able to ride without training wheels, but had to have a custom seat so his feet could touch the ground! Spring was rolling around, he was already pounding laps at the track before the snow had even melted. At 3 years old, he entered his first race. By 4, he was doing various series around Alberta.

There is not a day in summer that he doesn't ask to go riding! This kid lives and breathes dirt biking. By 3, he could name all the Supercross riders and their numbers!

Riding Goals

Cade is now racing both a Husqvarna TC 85 as well as an Husqvarna 105 Supermini and loving it. His steady riding career has already been busy ever since he got on a bike at the young age of 2 1/2 years. We live and race a lot in western Canada where we are from, but we do just as much racing across many places in the USA. This includes when we travel to California to escape some of our winter months in Canada. Last year we caught World Minis in Mesquite Nevada on our way home, as well as a number of different big nationals in Canada and USA, such as WCAN, Canadian Triple Crown series Amateur Nationals, and the Washougal Amateur National to name a few but many more as well. Also in the past, Cade was extremely lucky enough to end up being picked to go into KTM Supercross in Arizona back in January 2020. He had the best day and ended up 5th overall in the night show. It was an amazing experience and he wishes he could do it all over again. We are going to continue taking him and his little brother Halen, all over, trying new exciting and challenging races, to see where this awesome journey takes us. We are trying to raise our boys to be great human beings with a zest for life and enjoy the many thrills that moto has brought to our family for many years!

Competitive Highlights

Cade has excelled at a very young age and so far has shown signs that he will do very well in the future. He finished at the top of the Pee Wee class in 2016 and was even finishing ahead of many kids on bigger and faster bikes. He has ended up winning 3 AMSA Championships before moving on to the 65cc class this year. He also got picked for a KTM Supercross in Arizona, where he finished 5th overall in the night show. Now Cade has been moving up and is currently racing an 85 and a 105 Supermini and has been progressing amazingly. Aside from a few unfortunate injuries in the last couple years, he has had much success, racing many of the fastest kids in the Western part of Canada and the USA. We just wrapped up our awesome year for 2024, and our next goal is the put on another great Arenacross event ( that our family and another family) put on in Rimbey Alberta, called Ironhorse Arenacross. Then once that is done we plan to travel down to South Carolina late this winter to train the boys before the start of the 2025 season.
