Personal History
I am a store manager of a Rent To Own business. I am married with one son. I am 41 years old. I started riding dirt bikes just over four years ago. My first bike was for trail riding only. Shortly there after, I bought my son his first bike. About nine months later we began going to the local track on pratice night just for a place to ride. My son began racing within a couple on months. It took me a little longer to get up the nerve. I started racing in 2005. I try to race at least once a month if work allows. I qualified for the regional Loretta's in the 40+ class but because of scheduling conflicts I couldn't make it. I love the fact that our race team is called "2 Sum Racing" after my son and myself.
Riding Goals
I hope to run in at least three different series this year and try to practice a little more just basically to get a little better every race. I also hope to qualify for the Loretta's Regional and make it to the race and try my best to make it to the ranch.
Competitive Highlights
Finishing third at a Loretta Lynn Qualifer was really the best. Also coming in first in the Vet Trophy class in the Oakhill Series.
