Personal History
My name is Bryan Marchuk, I am 34 years old originally from Vernon British Columbia. Growing up I was in love with racing and as a teenager spent much of my time volunteering for a team in the stock car class that raced at Sun valley Motor speedway in Vernon BC. I learned about the car, did lap times and all around helped out where I could. I did simulation racing for many years while I went to University.
I moved to Saskatchewan in 2015 after starting a career as a first responder. I noticed the locals were racing motocross and I quickly got hooked into motocross. I started racing in 2019 as part of the Southern Corner Racing Circuit in Saskatchewan. I continue to race with them and am improving quickly for someone that started in their 30's.
I met my common law Britainey Laiss here in Saskatchewan and I got her hooked on motocross as well. Britainey started racing last year (2020) but could not race this year as we are expecting our first child a boy to be born September 2021.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are ultimately to have fun and to improve. This year I am battling for 1st in the C class at Southern Corner Racing Circuit so would be nice to get 1st but I am impressed at how far I have come in a short time when it comes to dirt biking.
My ultimate goal is to show my upcoming newborn child the joys of motocross and watch him grow and develop.
Competitive Highlights
My racing highlight in Motocross is finishing 1-1 in Carlyle Saskatchewan C-Class Southern Corner Racing Circuit July 10th, 2021. It was my first moto win and first overall win to that point.
