Personal History
When I'm not riding my motorcycle I'm hanging out with friends, doing some art, or helping with the chickens at home. Sometimes my dad and I go over to Mad Monkey Motorsports (M3) and they teach us about how to maintain and tune the bike. I have a lot of fun there, and I hope some day I'll be able to race for M3 in the king of the baggers races like Max!

Riding Goals
I ride because my motorcycle is my therapy, when I was 5 something really scary happened. My dad and step mom got hit by a car and I was taken from them a week after being evacuated due to a fire, I struggled with being a bully, with depression, and with anger. I found myself feeling lost and alone a lot, I felt like no one could understand me and the only thing that made me happy after that was going on motorcycle rides with my dad or my step mom. Sometimes, the memories really hurt and are hard to process, but when I see mom and dad cheering for me from the pit, and showing me my video and my lap times, I feel invincible because I know I'll always have their support.
I ride because when I'm on the motorcycle, it's just me in the moment. I ride because I'm afraid of getting hurt, and I'm afraid of losing control, and losing myself again. To me, riding gives me a way to channel my hurt, and face my fears. It gives me the opportunity to get up when I'm hurt, and keep riding as well as help others up when they fall. To me, riding is my therapy, on the track on my own bike or on the road on mom or dads bike. I'm just free.
Competitive Highlights
My dad says it's impressive that I learned to ride a clutch motorcycle the first time I sat on it. I got kicked off the practice track while learning to use a clutch on my YZ65 the morning before my very first race ever September 2023. I took 8th of 8th place in one class and 5th of 6th place in the other. That didn't stop me from getting up early the next morning and working on launching my bike from the starting line!
At my second race day the next week, I got 3rd place and 6th place for an overall 4th place in my class! I also got 6th of 6th in my other class this day.
The last time I got to the track, my lap times went from a personal best of 2:19 to a best time of 2:00.79 and an average lap time of 2:03. I'm working on some fundamentals like standing and carrying speed through my turns.
