Personal History
My name is Brooke Henderson,
I am a Canadian female motocross and harescramble racer. I have been racing since I was 10 years old and riding since 8.
Im absolutely In love with the sport and do not see my self quiting any time soon, I currently ride a KTM 250SXF 2019 despite the pictures of me on KTM 150. I have just made the switch to a four stroke this season and am looking forward to putting some hours on the new bike.
I am in Grade 11 and have been doing well with balancing training and homework. I currently ride a mountain bike every day for at least a half hour to and hour to strength my cardio and weight training twice a week.
Other than motocross I like to produce artwork, short films, take pictures and spend time with friends and family.
Riding Goals
My goals for this season are to do the best I can In both harescrambles and motocross.
In the harescrambles I’m looking to take home the ladies championship.
In motocross I’m looking for top 3 in ladies and top 10 in MX2 B class as well as a National title.
Over all I’m looking forward to the season and to see where my training has taken me and where I need to improve, switching to a four stroke is a big jump but I’m looking to adapt and improve my riding style and abilities to make the jump not so difficult.
