Personal History
My name is Brody Burnham. I am 7 years old and I love to race motocross. At the moment I'm AMA 6 so I race a cobra 50 in classes 51CC peewee junior 4-6 and 51CC peewee junior open 4-8. I'm second in points for CNYMRA d3! I started racing the middle of last year. This is my first full season of racing (2023). Next year I'll race my senior cobra.
Riding Goals
My dad rode dirt bikes for 10+ years. I've been riding since I was younger. I just started racing last year. I'm getting faster, braver and stronger every race/practice. I want to see myself first next year. I have come in first a handful of times but I want to come in first more often. I want to win! I need to become a bit more aggressive, however I always ride safe. I have had some gnarly crashes this year. One being a bike landed on my head. Thankfully I walked away unharmed.
Competitive Highlights
Last year when I started on my cobra junior I couldn't stay up. I never got my laps in. This year I'm doing so much better I'm riding with kids that lapped me last year. I'm beating kids that beat me last year. I'm hitting the jumps. When the track is a mud mess I handle it well!
