Personal History
My name is Brianna Rossano and I am 8 years old. I ride a DRR 70 quad and this is my third year racing. I love school and I have some of the highest grades in my class. I have also been chosen for student of the month every year since Kindergarten. In addition to riding my quad my hobbies include reading, writing short stories, and riding my side by side. I also enjoy horseback riding and have been attending summer lessons for the last 3 years. I live with my mom, stepdad, and my younger brother and sister. We all love riding and it’s something we do as a family. When I’m not racing we all ride on the trails near my house.
I enjoy doing things outdoors such as camping, fishing, hiking, and riding my bike. During the day in the summer I work at my grandfathers zoo and horseback riding stables. Part of my duties include taking care of the animals, cleaning up after the animals, and being a trail guide. I get to attend horseback riding lessons once all my work is done.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are just to keep getting better and keep learning new techniques. I practice as much as I can and every race I keep getting better. 2017 was my first season racing and I was still very nervous. This year I really learned a lot and I’ve gotten 1st place in a lot of my races. Next year I want to get place as much as I can and I want to become an even stronger rider.
Competitive Highlights
This year I raced with an organization dedicated to ATV’s called NEATV. I attended 7 races at various different tracks and got 1st place in all but 1 of those races where I got 2nd place. In 2017 I competed in Arenacross in Albany NY and received 3rd place in the mini outlaw class. This year, 2018, I also competed in Arenacross and placed 4th.
