Personal History
I am a working professional with a wonderful wife who supports me in everything I do, including motocross. I have 4 children, ranging from 19yrs to 9yrs old who all have a motorcycle of their own. Being a husband and father is top priority and I take the responsibility very serious. Second to my family, is motocross. Even though I will never be a professional in the sport at my age, I am passionate about motocross.
I started racing motocross when I was 20 years old and raced the Novice class for several years, then hung up my boots and started a family. In my 30's I got back into the sport and started racing again in the Vet class. Now in my 40's, I am still racing and probably riding faster than I did when I was younger. :)
Riding Goals
My goal for 2014 is to race several local and regional races and ultimately qualify and compete at the 2014 Loretta Lynn's Motocross Championship = ACCOMPLISHED
2017 - compete regionally & qualify for Loretta's = FAILED due to serious knee injury requiring reconstructive surgery and 12 months of physical therapy
2018 - race my way back into shape by racing local / regional series championship
2019 - I want to go back to Loretta's and compete in the Masters 50+ class!
