Just an update on what's going on in the life of Brian. Finally got moved into our new house a couple of days before Christmas. We are still living out of boxes and my riding gear along with my boys bikes / bikes that we will share until I can get one of my own are some where amongst said boxes. My son's are in wrestling season now with baseball season mixed in there. Winter has graced us with its presence so time to get the garage turned into a work shop.

Just an update on my life at the moment. We are still waiting to close on the house, 3 months later. We are hoping to have the keys in our hands by Friday of next week if not sooner. It's rough when you can't spend any money on anything other than necessities, because this fee or that fee or inspections need paid for. I still have Christmas presents to buy. Hopefully this will be done in a couple of days so I can start moving and can celebrate Christmas in our new home. Take care and Merry Christmas

Ok, just a little note of what is going on in my life. Sold my Ktm and my wife's 400ex so I could use the money for what ever we needed to purchase or new house ie.va appraisal, home inspections, home warranty, etc, etc, etc. That leaves us down to 2 250fs that are our boys. I will be purchasing another bike by spring. I'm already starting to have feelings of anxiety just knowing I don't have a bike! We are still hoping to close on our new house on Dec. 2nd. I hope and pray everyone has a happy Thanksgiving

Not much to report on the racing or riding scene this year. Life has trumped that this year. Due to the city life and the things that are associated with that, we have been looking to buy a house in a different location. After 6mo of searching we are closing on a house with in the next month. Needless to say that most my time and money has gone for this. The only things that have been motocross or bike related are the sales of both my boys little bikes and the purchases of 250f's. We have also obtained a toy hauler at the beginning of the year in preparation of a year of riding and travelling. I can only hope that next year will allow me / us to ride more. Thank you to everyone that has sponsored me this year and has been with me from the start. I really do appreciate it.

Tried to ride the 350 xcf on an indoor track for the first time since shoulder surgery. My shoulder didn't hinder me much but I know the xcf gearing is not set up for that type of a track. I need to get a gearing set up for each track and each discipline. I also plan on riding this bike back and forth to work on occasion.

Well summer baseball is finally over and the boys are back to school. Fall baseball and XC running is in full swing. Usually I am stocked for this time of year because it is my time to start to ride and race. Well not this year it seems. I hurt my shoulder at work a few weeks ago and it isnt getting any better. Tomorrow I am scheduled for an MRI to figure out why it still hurts. Hopefully we can figure out whats wrong so I can can get back to doing very day activities and riding without pain.

Tried My first AWRCS race yesterday. I felt really good for the my first race this year. I was trying a Rekluse Core 2.0 clutch for the second time and thought I really liked it. until I couldnt start the bike on the starting line while it was in gear and then I destroyed a fiber in my clutch and didnt have any gears after 12 min. into the race. Not happy but it is what it is.

I am in the last leg of helping coach our schools youth wrestling team and about to start concentrating on getting our state qualifiers ready for the State Championships. Also I am starting to get our baseball team put together and about to start hitting, pitching and catching practices. Some were in there I am going to get some riding done.

Just finished up wrestling season were 6 of our youth wrestlers made it to the State Tournement. two of my sons made and competed in it. As a team we had our first State Placer. Our youngest member placed 7th, but would have placed higher if not coming down with a migrane in the 3rd round. He should great will power as he fought back vomiting, cold chills that had his teeth chattering and him shacking like a leaf as he went out to wrestle. Although he came up 2 points short in that match, he did not give up and came back the next day to win 4 more matches to place 7th.
Now I have just started the baseball season/ racing season.
I am getting the bike ready as well as my families so maybe I can get them all riding again.
Bare with with me till I can get things situated and start posting some race results.

A friend called me and asked me to race/sell his 1982 Cr 250r in some races this year. Since I wasnt able to compete until this month I said yes knowing that I wouldnt be able to defend last years Championship. I admit I was a little apprehensive when I actually thought about racing a 30 yr old bike against 10yr old bikes in the Bomber class. I had not ridden a 2 stroke in 15yrs so I was unsure about that as well.
Let me tell ya. I HAVE HAD A BLAST! My first race I went 1-2 for 2nd over all.
last weekend I went 4 -2 because someone landed on me in the first moto and I had to come from dead last. The 2 moto I pulled the hole shot a lead until the 3rd to last turn were I almost went down because my fork bottoms got caught in a deep rutt and almost put me over the handle bars, allowing the 2nd place guy to caatch me on the last corner.

very hard to focus on 3 classes when one class gets you a lot of hype.
A lot of people were pulling for me in the bomber class. The reason being that I was ridding a almost 30 yr old bike against 10 yr old bikes. The bike I was ridding was a 1982 Cr 250r. A lot of people took notice of the bike not only because of the unique look of it compared to other bikes but because of how loud it is. Honda didnt make the exhaust repackable that year,so everyone heard me as soon as I started it up. I had people of every age looking at the bike as well as the guys that were just alittle older than me telling stories of the times they had on the bikes back in the day. Heck I was late to 2 of my stagings because of people wanting to talk. It was even worse when I won the first moto on the last corner of the last lap. High 5's and thumbs ups were a plenty. All in all it was a good night for me.

The season has not started for me yet,but it is just about to. I have just about got the bike and trailer ready with all my sponsors logos on them. I have been going to Mx classes trying to work on my skills. I have been working a lot of over time this year at my primary job trying to get myself out of the hole from the year result of the economy. I should be starting in 2 weeks if everything goes as planned. Thanks for to all my sponsors for there understanding and support.

Finished the 2010 Kames Sports Series at Malvern MX track in Malvern Ohio.
I finished as the Champion in the +40 Class
I finished as the Runner Up in the 450 C class
