First day back on the bike this Saturday. The wrist is stiff, sore and weak but it was great to get some laps in. Solid practice and I got better throughout the day. 1 day at a time.

Finished 7th at the Salem Arenacross. Old man stll kicking it.

Finishing out my first MX season. This year I started MX (at 50) and am now mid pack in most races. I race the 40 + Novice classes and am progressing better. Love it and a great way to spend time with my son who is also racing his first season.
