Personal History

My name is Brent Wofford and I was born and raised in the desert (Yuma, AZ). I grew up racing BMX and got my first dirtbike when I was 13. Ever since then, I have been riding out at the Imperial Sand Dunes every winter and also riding at local spots in the Yuma area. My first race took place back in 2008 at Arizona Cycle Park. I raced a total of 2 times in the 2008 season in the 250 beginner class. I took a 3rd and a 2nd place in these races. For 2009 I decided to bump up to the Novice class, and only raced once before shattering my wrist. I had to sit out the whole rest of the 2009 season. Now I am ready for the 2010 season, and I plan on racing the Arizona Motocross State Series.

Besides racing motocross and free-riding, I also do also of other things. I am currently working full time as the Interenet Sales Manager at Alexander Toyota in Yuma, and going to school part-time for a degree in Business Management. I also have a strong relationship with God, and serve at Champion Christian Church in the Children's Ministry.

Riding Goals

My main motocross goal for this upcoming year is to get my first 1st place win, and to get 1st place overall in the AMX series. Another one of my goals is to hit the gym at least 3 times a week for strength training and endurace building.

Some of my other goals include getting "A's" in all of my college classes this year, land a backflip to dirt on a BMX bike, master the nac-nac off of a freestyle ramp, and have as much fun as possible in everything I do.

Competitive Highlights

The best place i have finished so far in a motocross race is 2nd place.
