Rider Updates
Well the off season has officially begun. I took this past week off of everything, I didnt ride or workout at all.. Got to be honest though, it was really hard to not get up and do something moto related. I do this every year- step back for a week and look at how I did over the season and make a plan on what I need to do in the off season to be more ready for next year. I am so glad that the week is over though! I have been itching to get back into the gym! I have a set workout plan to take me all the way through to next season! So I guess we can officially start calling this Pre Season Training time ;P
